| Hardware Specifications Comparison between Groups For this section, we compared our ideal laptop specifications with this group. These are the specifications that we would like to compare :
We would like to compare these specifications for some reasons :
- We prefer the Intel Core i5-2537 processor compared to Intel Core i7-3630QM processor is simply because this laptop is made for students. Intel i7 processor is usually made for gamers, which I find quite useless as we only use the laptop for doing educational needs such as assignments, surfing, and that sort of things.
- We prefer the Windows 7 Home Premium operator is simply because it is more convenient and easy to understand. For some reasons, Windows 8 operating system is quite difficult to use and understand because the features itself are complicated and sometimes confusing to users.
- Even though the SSD size for our ideal laptop is smaller compared to the laptop that we compared to, we believe that its hard drive size is enough for a student. Also, we can always add in external hard drive if we need to save more medias and stuffs.
- Our ideal laptop is lighter than the one that we compared to. It makes sense that our ideal laptop is easy to carry anywhere. For a heavy laptop, we might feel uneasy to bring it everywhere for its weight.
- Our ideal laptop is thin and slim. This will not arise the feeling of burden to the users as they can put it in their bag and carry it everywhere. |
